Most of HR services improved customer used and lower the overall cost. The Web also provide self services. This services enable employees or managers to directly access information for decision making and to make updates to their data. The need for these systems was caused because most companies were dealing with an increasing number of systems containing different component based on companies needs. Why the Web based technology becomes so attractive because the system is visually appealing and easy to understand. But Web-based systems cannot easily replace all HR systems. The emergence of HR portals and self service technologies has created a new opportunity for HR function. HR delivery costs, and develop new services for the customer.
